THE CIRCLE OF EXCELLENCE SEAL IS HELD BY LESS THAN 5% OF LICENSED MOVERS IN NJ.
As of 2026, there are approximately three hundred (300) licensed movers in the state of New Jersey. Of those, approximately one hundred eighteen (118) are endorsed by the New Jersey Warehouse and Movers Association. Of those, only thirteen (13) qualify as meeting the criteria to earn the Circle of Excellence certification. Sea Cure moving is proud to be among the small circle of thirteen NJ movers that currently maintain the elevated standards required for Circle of Excellence certification.
What does the Circle of Excellence mean when choosing a NJ Mover?

How does a Mover earn the Circle of Excellence Certification?
To earn and maintain Circle of Excellence status, a moving company must meet strict requirements in areas including:
Licensing & Compliance
Full compliance with New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs regulations and state moving laws.
Financial Stability & Insurance Protection
Verified insurance coverage, including auto liability, general liability, cargo protection, and workers’ compensation.
Ethical Business Practices
No deceptive advertising, no double billing, and no history of fraud or unresolved consumer complaints. Must have an A BBB rating.
Safety & Professional Standards
Drug and alcohol testing for drivers, background checks for employees entering customers’ homes, and designated safety oversight.
Claims & Consumer Protection
Formal claims policies and accountability standards to protect customers.
Safe & Secure Storage and Equipment
Company warehouses must utilize palletized or container storage with upholstery racks, with central alarm systems and monthly insect and rodent control. Equipment age must be less than twelve (12) years old for fifty percent (50%) of registered vehicles showing proper registration and safety maintenance.
In addition to the above standards, Sea Cure Moving and other COE recipients must provide verification of professionalism such as dress codes, training programs, employee recognition, climate controlled warehousing, security systems, vehicle tracking and involvement in the industry.
Certification is reviewed and valid for a limited term and may be revoked if standards are not maintained.
