"We had a very large move from NJ to NC. We had an almost 3,000 sq ft home with a garage and outdoor shed that needed to be packed and moved. We are a former military and have been through this process several times through the military. Dom and Tara were AMAZING at answering my million questions prior to the move. I was very nervous about our belongings being packed with care and making it to NC. We have some invaluable pieces from our travels abroad that are VERY fragile. The guys did a great job packing, NOTHING was broken!! The kitchen was packed by Dom Sr, and wow, it was done so well! When the crew arrived they made sure to put down padding and blankets to protect our hardwoods and carpet. In addition, this was a move for a new job and we did not have a new home lined up, nor did we know what city we would be living in. I had to change the plan and have Bekins store our entire move for us for almost a month. They were so helpful and made the process less stressful. Our truck driver was also very kind and care was taken during our delivery. I 100% recommend Bekins for your move! Very well. They arrived on time with five guys instead of the three they quoted me, and did not charge any additional. They worked quickly and were careful and polite. The job was done in less time than estimated and I received a refund based on the lesser time. They efficiently stacked all my furniture and boxes in the storage units. I didn't think it would all fit, but they managed. A couple of people who are there putting things in their own units while my move was going on commented what a great job they did. I'm confident that the move from storage to my new house will go as well

The three men were exceptionally nice, neat, friendly and especially efficient. They helped move our old furniture out, assemble some of the new furniture. The 48” round table came with no instructions and took about an hour to finish. I would recommend them to anyone! It was a pleasure working with everyone at the company.
